5. Cancellations & Refunds

Client Cancellations Before Work Begins: If you cancel a project before work has commenced, a partial refund may be provided based on expenses already incurred, such as materials ordered or administrative costs.

Client Cancellations After Work Begins: If you cancel a project after work has started, no refund will be issued. You will be responsible for payment of all work completed and materials used up to the point of cancellation.

Company Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a project, a full refund of any deposits or payments made will be provided.

6. Liability & Warranties

We take pride in our workmanship and use quality materials for all our projects. However, natural materials such as plants, grass, and organic matter are subject to environmental factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, pests, and diseases.

Thanda Horticulture Services does not warrant natural materials against environmental factors or acts of nature. We are not liable for damage caused by third-party contractors, natural disasters, or client negligence.

Our liability is limited to the correction of defects in workmanship that are reported within a reasonable timeframe after project completion, as agreed upon in writing.
